McCauley has been with Holleran since 2019 and made valuable contributions to the research team from the jump. In 2021, she was promoted to Director of Senior Living Research. In this role, McCauley was responsible for sales, research analytics, new product development, and project management. In her new position, she will continue to lead the Research Team, overseeing her previous responsibilities while also playing a key role in shaping the overall operations of Holleran Consulting.
