Director of Client Research Services

Holleran is a recognized thought leader in the field of engagement research, needs assessment and consulting for senior living communities and community health organizations. We are located in Wrightsville, PA, in a beautiful setting overlooking the Susquehanna River. We believe in healthy work-life equilibrium and, while we are driven professionals, we still know how to have fun at work!

Our Director of Client Research Services insures a best-in-class client experience by leading our research and project management teams. You are a dynamic, people-focused leader who guides teams and culture to professional excellence. Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000, dependent on career history, skills and experience.

Skills and Experience
1. Demonstrated success as a project lead to: implement new processes, conceive and develop new products, improve operations and/or improve business results
2. Successful track record in project management; skilled planner who can run multiple projects from conception to completion efficiently
3. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and budgets and to hold individuals accountable to the same
4. Successful work experience managing high level client relationships and delivering client presentations
5. Experience in leading culture shift
6. Relevant education: research, public health, human services, and/or statistics
7. Successful work experience in the field of aging services, market and/or opinion research, human services consulting and/or public health
8. Hand-on experience with research technology software, database platforms, internet research and tools for analytics
9. Demonstrated ability to visualize the power of technology and to implement new technology to improve business outcomes

A Day in the Life
1. Oversee research and client services operations; responsible for deadlines and successful project outcomes
2. Work with Sales to bring new products to fruition
3. Work with Operations to enhance product pricing and client proposals
4. Work with those charged with the oversight of client services standards and work process to insure project integrity, delivery excellence and business efficiency
5. Bring a client services perspective to special projects; working collaboratively with all stakeholders to develop the project deliverables and to secure the necessary resources for successful outcomes
6. Presentations and consulting with complex clients
7. Monitor team adherence to standards and process by establishing and communicating the ‘bumpers’ of team autonomy
8. Serve as staff manager for all client services staff
9. Member of the Leadership Team

Marketing Specialist (Temporary)

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to fill a temporary position in our Team.

  • Term: September 2019 through December 2019
  • Hours: 15-20 per week (combination of on-site and remote work is possible)
  • Hourly Rate: $17-$25/hour, depending on skill level and experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to create story content from research data; making the intangible tangible
  • Strong professional creative writing skills – ability to produce clear content, including spelling and grammar accuracy
  • Graphics – high level skill with Photoshop, Canva and/or other applicable programs
  • Social media marketing experience and skills
  • Website posting and editing experience – WordPress

A Day in the Life

  • Key member of a team that will develop a Marketing Plan for a Holleran Subscription Service
  • Research client motivators and best practices
  • Collaboratively with Sales and Operations, construct and trial plan components
  • Obtain feedback from stakeholders
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking and logistics
  • Monitor for stats and success Drive Marketing and Public Relations Initiatives
  • Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing develop and execute marketing strategies and action plans
  • Create, produce, distribute and catalog marketing materials, educational presentations, white papers, e-blast communications and press releases
  • Create, produce and catalog tailored presentation materials
  • Maintain the integrity of our visual brand Website / SEO
  • Creation of content for social media platforms and direct client outreach
  • Optimize Holleran’s web and social media presence, incorporating best practices of SEO and maintaining an active presence in these venues
  • Implement basic updates to the website
