Consulting Firm Stands Ready to Assist Senior Living Providers
By now, most have heard of the unprecedented closure of all non-essential businesses in Pennsylvania as ordered by Governor Wolf. While the work we do at Holleran is important, we also recognize that it is non-essential as outlined by the government. At the same time, we are committed to supporting our client-partners with any research they might have in the field, delivering on any reporting items that may be due, and most importantly providing support to aging services providers who are on the front-line of current events.
In compliance with the Governor’s request, the Holleran offices will be closed beginning on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020, for a period of at least two weeks, or until such as the Governor recommends the reopening of business. However, most of our Holleran team can work remotely and will be doing so during the interim, including our Call Center and data collection team.
Even during this challenging period, our entire Holleran team is dedicated to supporting our friends and client-partners. While much discussion has been had about keeping seniors physically healthy, we are all too aware of the toll that social distancing and isolation can have on the mental health of older adults. Regular, friendly contact via telephone is essential to keeping abreast of the physical and mental state of our nation’s seniors.
As such, we have repurposed our Call Center to assist aging services providers and other not-for-profits with their on-going communications efforts. Our data collection team is prepared to provide isolation support services, through calls to home bound seniors, providing both companionship and a regular check-in for those most vulnerable. Additionally, our Call Center can act as an inbound information source for questions from friends and family, or as an outbound communications hub to alert families and friends to the latest developments in your area, or gather feedback from stakeholders to help provider’s better respond to their needs.
Certainly, we are all treading in uncharted waters, but Holleran stands ready to swim beside our client partners until we figure out how to weather this storm together.
If you have any questions about current or upcoming research, or would like to discuss how Holleran might be able to assist with enhanced communications, please call (717) 478-5208 or email Nikki Rineer, President, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
